Accessibility statement

Aston Marketing AB is responsible for Marketit (marketit.io). We want as many people as possible to use the service. This statement describes our accessibility work, known barriers and how to contact us for help; applicable accessibility requirements depend on your jurisdiction.

1. Compliance level

Marketit is partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 level AA (EN 301 549). "Partially compliant" means that some content does not fully meet the requirements — see section 2.

We work continuously to fix known issues and to avoid introducing new ones.

2. Known issues

The following parts are not yet fully accessible:

Blog content is published in English and Swedish. Where an English translation is pending, visitors are shown a clear notice.
Some decorative product images and screenshot mock-ups on the business page have low color contrast. They are marked as decorative and hidden from screen readers, so no information is lost.
The AI chat generates answers in real time. New answers are announced through a live region, but some screen readers may announce them with a delay.
Maps and embedded third-party content may have limited keyboard navigation.

3. Measures we have taken

Colour contrast meeting WCAG AA for text, buttons and links in both light and dark mode
Full keyboard navigation with a visible focus indicator and a "Skip to content" link
Descriptive alternative text on images and aria labels on icon-only buttons
Semantic landmarks (header, navigation, main content, footer) and a correct heading structure
Form fields with associated labels, error messages announced to screen readers, and required fields marked up
Live regions for status messages, search results and chat responses
Respect for the operating system's reduced-motion setting
Responsive layout that works at 200% and 400% zoom

5. If you are not satisfied with our response

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can find information about accessibility rights and complaints through the relevant accessibility guidance. The appropriate complaint route depends on your location and the nature of the issue.

6. How we assessed the website

This statement is based on an internal review of marketit.io carried out by Aston Marketing AB. The review covered automated testing with axe-core, manual keyboard navigation, color-contrast checks, and inspection of code and semantics across the site's main user flows.
